Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing & subscription in settings. Cancellation stops your next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the current paid period, after which the workspace returns to the free tier.
Money-back guarantee
New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the first charge for that subscription. This guarantee applies once per workspace and covers the first paid term (monthly or annual).
How to request a refund
Contact support through the contact page within the guarantee window, using your account email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges (after the first term) are generally non-refundable, but you keep access through the period you paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time outside the guarantee window unless required by law.
Exceptions
We may decline refund requests that fall outside this policy or that show signs of abuse (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles). Where local consumer law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
