Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI HomeInspector (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Workspaces may have multiple members; the workspace owner is responsible for managing member access and roles.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until canceled. The plan, price, included report volume, and billing interval are shown at checkout and in Billing & subscription.

We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before the change takes effect for your next renewal. Taxes may apply based on your location. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from Billing & subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to process; attempt to access another workspace’s data; reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload inspection reports and any personal information they contain.

Customer content and ownership

You retain all rights to the reports and content you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Decision-support disclaimer

The Service produces decision-support analysis of home-inspection documents. Outputs, estimates, and ranges are informational only and are NOT a substitute for a licensed home inspector, structural engineer, contractor, or attorney. AI HomeInspector does not perform inspections or repairs and does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any extracted finding.

Always validate findings and cost ranges with qualified, licensed professionals before making decisions.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated version and effective date, and where required we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
